- Establishes uniform terminology, identification rules, safety requirements, requirements for the processes of production, storage, transportation, sale, disposal and labeling.
- Conformity assessment is established in the forms of veterinary and sanitary examination of poultry slaughter products, declaration of conformity of poultry meat products (including semi-finished products), state registration of products for baby food.
