Electronic appeals

In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Belarus dated July 18, 2011 "About appeals of citizens and legal entities" electronic appeal is stated in Belarusian or Russian.

Electronic appeals must contain:

• name and (or) address of the organization or position of the person to whom the appeal is sent;
• last name, first name, patronymic (if any) or initials of the citizen, address of his place of residence (place of stay);
• citizen's email address;
• statement of the essence of the appeal.

Appeals of legal entities must contain:

• name and (or) address of the organization or position of the person to whom the appeal is sent;
• full name of the legal entity and its location;
• legal entity email address;
• statement of the essence of the appeal;
• surname, first name, patronymic (if any) or initials of the head or the person authorized in the prescribed manner to sign the appeal;

Applicants and (or) their representatives have the right:

• to withdraw an electronic appeal before consideration on the merits by submitting a written application or sending an application in electronic form in the same way as the electronic appeal was sent;
• to appeal in the prescribed manner the response to the electronic appeal or the decision to leave it without consideration on the merits.

Are left without consideration of the merits of the electronic appeals

In case of non-compliance with the requirements specified in parts one and two of paragraph 2 of Article 25 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Appeals of Citizens and Legal Entities"
