The procedure for accepting measuring instruments for verification

Instruments are accepted for verification if the Applicant has an application for the provision of metrological services.

Measuring instruments are provided for verification:

• with factory (inventory) or other identification numbers;
• in its pure form, free from dust, dirt, lubricant and without damage that would interfere with their normal functioning;
• complete in accordance with the type description or other technical documentation (including batteries, standard samples, chargers, software) together with technical documentation (technical description, operation manual, operating instructions) or passport (form);
• with information about the repair of the measuring instrument.

If necessary, additionally provided:

• certificate of previous verification;
• information on disinfection (neutralization, decontamination) of measuring instruments operating in (on) aggressive (special) environments.
