Direct dial telephone

"Direct telephone line" is carried out by the director of the Republican unitary enterprise "Polotsk CSMS", his deputy and heads of structural divisions according to the schedule approved by the director of the enterprise.

When contacting the "direct telephone line", a citizen must provide his last name, first name, patronymic (if any), data on the place of residence and (or) work (study), and the representative of the legal entity - last name, first name, patronymic (if its presence), the name of the legal entity it represents and its legal address, state the essence of the appeal (clause 1.6. Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated July 23, 2012 No. 667)

During the "direct telephone line" applicants are given full and comprehensive answers to their questions within the competence of the enterprise.

If the appeal or individual questions raised in it, received during the "direct telephone line", do not fall within the competence of the RUE "Polotsk CSMS", the applicant is explained to which organization he needs to contact.
