 during working hours: 8.00 -12.00; 12.30-16.30

In accordance with p.1.1. Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 23, 2012 № 667«About some questions of work with addresses of citizens and legal entities»  citizens and legal entities apply to «hotline» organizations on matters of reference and consulting nature related to its activities.

In the event that the appeal or some of the questions raised in it, received during«hotline», do not fall within the competence of the RUE "Polotsk CSMS", the applicant is explained which organization he needs to contact.
