Personal reception of citizens

In accordance with Art. 6 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 18, 2011 No. 300-З "On Appeals of Citizens and Legal Entities":

When applying orally, citizens, their representatives and representatives of legal entities must present an identity document. Representatives of applicants must also present documents confirming their credentials.

A personal appointment and an appointment for a personal appointment may be refused in the following cases:

• appeals on issues not related to the competence of RUE `` Polotsk CSMS»;
• calls on unspecified days and hours;
• when the applicant has already been given an exhaustive answer to his questions during a personal reception;
• when the correspondence with the applicant on the issues stated in the appeal is terminated.

Oral appeals can be left without consideration on the merits if:

No documents proving the identity of the applicants, their representatives, as well as documents confirming the powers of the representatives of the applicants have been presented;

Appeals contain questions, the solution of which does not fall within the competence of the organization in which the personal reception is held;

The applicant, during a personal reception, has already been given an exhaustive answer to his questions, or the correspondence with this applicant on such issues has been terminated;

The applicant, during a personal reception, allows the use of obscene or offensive words or expressions.

If the officials conducting the reception are absent at the set time for a valid reason, the reception is conducted by the persons performing their duties.

The answers to the verbal appeals considered on the merits are subject to announcement to the applicants in the & nbsp; course of the personal reception.
