Together with quality: a business meeting of Polotsk CSMS was held at OJSC "Polotsk Bakery Combine"

On August 27, 2024, as part of the activities dedicated to the Year of Quality, specialists of the certification department of the Polotsk CSMS held a business meeting at Polotsk Bakery Plant OJSC.

OJSC "Polotsky Combine of Bread Products" is one of the leading enterprises of the flour milling and compound feed industry of the Republic of Belarus. The main types of production:

•  wheat flour (w/c, 1c, 2c);
•  rye flour (seeded, peeled);
•  semolina;
•  compound feed (for pigs, cattle, poultry, fish);
•  premixes;
•  BVMD;
•  Feed mixture (for cattle and pigs, including granulated).

"Today, many things are changing in the approaches to creating an internal and external production strategy, but the main principle remains the consideration of the consumer, the desire to satisfy his requests in terms of the quality and assortment of the manufactured products" - stressed General Director Elena Harkusha in the interview.
At the meeting, issues of implementation of effective management mechanisms in the organization, as well as the key role of standardization for the development and improvement of the enterprise were considered.
