Eurasian Economic Forum - 2022 will be held on May 26 in Bishkek
The program of the forum includes a plenary session with the participation of the heads of state of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) and the Chairman of the EEC Board, as well as six panel discussions. They will cover the following topics:
– “Prospects for the strategic development of Eurasian integration in the era of global change”;
– “Financial Markets and Development Institutions: Opportunities for Macroeconomic Stability and Growth Points for the Economies of the EAEU Countries”;
– “Industry and agro-industrial complex as drivers of economic growth of the Union and ensuring economic security”;
– “Energy and transport infrastructure to promote economic development and integration”;
– “Digital Agenda of the EAEU 2.0”;
– “New areas of cooperation in the EAEU”.
At the same time, the third panel discussion includes four thematic sessions, one of which deals with issues of technical regulation. The participants will discuss the current state of the EAEU technical regulation system, problem areas and directions for its development, issues of standardization, consumer protection, quality infrastructure development, as well as effective interaction between technical regulation bodies and business to increase the competitiveness of goods of the EAEU countries in the face of external and internal challenges.
In addition, within the framework of the Eurasian Economic Forum 2022, an exhibition of the best agro-industrial products of the EAEU member states is planned.
