The role of youth in the life of society is difficult to overestimate: after all, our future is in their hands

The role of youth in the life of society is difficult to overestimate: after all, our future is in their hands. Therefore, it is very important to engage in their spiritual, moral and patriotic education, increasing the level of responsibility for their actions and deeds, so that every young person grows up to be a worthy citizen of their country.
On October 15, the United Organization of the State Standard, the Belarusian Union of Women, and the local charity foundation Young Guard signed a cooperation agreement.
The signing of the agreement was preceded by an open discussion about the importance of issues of spiritual, moral and patriotic education of young people at the present time, about what contribution everyone can make, regardless of whether they are a leader or a specialist.
The cooperation will include such areas as: civic-patriotic education, the formation of a healthy lifestyle, revealing the creative potential of young people, holding various events, including those popularizing the socio-economic achievements of the country. For this purpose, joint working groups, organizing committees can be created, organizational interaction can be carried out, support can be provided to military-patriotic clubs. The Chairman of the State Standard Elena Mikhailovna Morgunova focused on establishing close cooperation with military-patriotic clubs, first of all, in the regions.
Thus, on October 29, as part of the implementation of this direction, a meeting was held between the Polotsk CSMS team and the senior officer for civil-patriotic education of military unit 5530 Rubel Ilya Eduardovich, a representative of the military-patriotic clubs "Sokol" (Novopolotsk) and "Rubezh" (Polotsk).
During the meeting, the employees learned in detail about the activities of the clubs.
The event is aimed at supporting youth policy and reinforces the intention to develop efforts to form a conscious attitude of young people to various achievements in our country.
Patriotic education of children and youth is one of the most important state tasks today. The creation of military-patriotic clubs for students on the basis of military units will help to form the readiness of the younger generation to serve in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus.
