As part of the Plan of Events dedicated to the celebration of World Metrology Day in 2024, as well as events dedicated to the celebration of the 100th anniversary of the formation of the Belarusian Chamber of Weights and Measures and the Year of Quality in 2024,

In the period from April 29 to May 3, a number of events were held at RUE Polotsk CCMS.

Since April 30, the children of the company's employees have presented their creative works to participate in the exhibition-competition of children's creativity on the topic "What is metrology?".

The exhibition "Metrology. Quality. Unity." The Metrological Service of the Polotsk CCMS provided measuring instruments, as well as methodological, scientific and other literature on the science of measurements.

During the week, the following events took place  Open days for Novopolotsk school students: "What does the metrological service do? Where and how is this taught?" The students visited the departments of the metrological service of the enterprise and got an idea about the types of work carried out, the equipment used, as well as within the framework of the participation of the Polotsk CSMS in the metrological educational cluster with the educational institution "VSTU", Vitebsk, information about specialized education was brought to the children.
